Definitive lawyer, member of the Romanian Bar;
Experience in mergers and acquisitions corporate and real estate required of a minimum 2 years;
English proficiency spoken and written;
Business oriented, sound legal knowledge;
Responsive, proactive, result oriented and forward thinking;
Diplomacy, flexible, adaptable;

Willing to integrate and be part of a team;

Experience in mergers and acquisitions corporate law: corporate reorganizations, drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, mergers or split-ups;
Experience in real estate transactions, title check, contracts, security agreements;
Legal due diligence on sell and buy side, followed by signing and post-signing assistancern- employment law adviser;
