YOUR TASKS

  • Support process architects and process design teams in the design of corporate
    processes by modelling processes in Signavio according to BPMN standard;
  • Support decentralized process design teams in creating process related supporting
    documents (HFs, ADs, TDs etc.) in compliance with valid BPM guidelines (formal
    and content specific rules);
  • Upload corporate documents to the Hella document management system
    (NormMaster) and ensure dataset is maintained (document number, title, edition
    date, keywords, etc.);
  • Insert process information into the Hella Process Landscape (HPL) and make sure
    the tool is properly updated for changes (responsibilities, process applicability, rollout
    and application status);
  • You will drive the implementation of the identified improvements in collaboration with other departments, . internal Information Management;
  • Support the continuous improvement of BPM at Hella by sharing the feedback of the
    local users with the responsible;
  • Respond to general queries related to BPM tools and methodology.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in business administration, engineering or similar;
  • Basic knowledge about process management, project management and quality
    standards;
  • Competences in optimizing and digitalizing processes;
  • Highly structured mindset and ability to translate theory into practice and vice versa;
  • Very good communication skills, initiative and proactiveness;
  • Fluency in English language - mandatory, German is a plus;
  • Very good software knowledge (word processors, Excel spreadsheets, data management and storage systems).
