General Summary:
The Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting and administering the Company’s operations reporting and analytical programs. The individual will utilize strong analytical, modeling and presentation skills. This role will collaborate in a team environment with various divisions within the Company. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing reports in Incorta Mood Media’s Business Intelligence reporting tool based on current reporting roadmap,
- Perform hypothesis driven analysis to support the various Company divisions to address key business challenges,
- Develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis required by business
- Research data integrity issues, identify root causes and develop recommendations for improvement of data and underlying systemic issues,
- Provide support and training to various end users on Incorta reporting tool, and
- Provide world-class customer service to our internal customers within the Company.
Essential Job Qualifications:
- Level of education required:
- Requires a college degree plus other specialized schooling or equivalent as described below
- Masters Degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Equivalent Experience: 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education. Similar industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong data mining, and analytical skills,
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly the Company’s environment and the Incorta platform,
- Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal, which include the ability to communicate with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with Customers, both internal and external, as well as co-workers.
- Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with and knowledge of relational databases and Oracle software applications.
