Competencies/Capabilities:
Basic Competencies/Experience:
- Romanian and English – written and spoken languages. Other Slavic language would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Higher relevant education in Marketing or Business Administration field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good experience from Sales, Marketing and Business Development
- Good IT-user (min.: Microsoft Office software systems)
- Driving licence - B cat.

Job mission and vision:
- Primary focus: sales penetration in Romania (area TBD). Secondary focus: expand sales in neighboring countries . Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia etc.
- Effective increase of market share in Romania – using available production & sourcing sites in Romania.
- Improving product mix in the territories – introducing more products and after-sale products
- Achieving high level utilization and master data accuracy of the PalletBiz CRM and marketing systems.
- Achieving the performance targets and success criteria - as agreed.
- Heading or participating in Key Account Teams related to major clients within the scope of PalletBiz Global Sales
Work place and time:
Your office will be placed in Brasov, where you should report to during the week.
The work will require much driving and travelling throughout the territories.
Job Success Criteria and Performance Goals:
The job is a high level position with reference to the Managing Director of Ddca RomaniaSrl, which requires agreement on non-competition and confidentiality in addition to normal job success criteria.

- Respecting, living by – and promoting the company values in every aspect of the work – and in all relations with fellow PalletBiz employees, clients as well as suppliers.
Performance goals are reviewed twice a year at the employment reviews – which are disengaged from the remuneration reviews.

Main job content: Sales Development
Through high efficiency of field visits to chart and penetrate the market territories defined.
On a daily basis to register customer and market information in the PalletBiz customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with the company policies.
Based on the data gathered about the market territories to plan further sales drives, product introduction drives, etc. - to further growth of the market shares
Responsible for weekly update of the rolling sales forecast in the CRM system
In cooperation with the PalletBiz Global Sourcing & Sales – the management of the territories and the back-office functions to develop effective sales, marketing tools and product marketing concepts. In some cases and if agreed with Global Sourcing & Sales -advocate the PalletBiz Franchise Network.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the company IT systems for sales and marketing
