We are looking for a Business Specialist with advanced English skills for the brand new finance department of our client, a leading global ICT (information and communications technology) solutions provider.
As a Business Specialist you will analyze business operations and find ways to improve them and maximize the business.
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience especially Excel;
- Advanced level of English;
- University degree in Business Management or Accounting or other relevant field;
- 1 year relevant working experience.
Responsibilities:
- Settle application and business activity;
- Input reconciliation and verification;
- Responsible for day to day business processes including purchase order application, checking and submission;
- Develop process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness;
- Obtain and analyze business data for critical decision making purposes.
- Generate routine or ad-hoc business reports for management.
