Business unit manager

NATURPHARMA PRODUCTS RO SRL is looking for a new Business Unit Manager.

Job description:

• Selecting and leading an experienced team of medical representatives;

• Developing and implementing marketing / medical promotion strategy;

• Consulting and collaborating with national and regional KOL's or clinically relevant specialists;

• Continuous MR training and evaluation;

• Organizing symposia, regional meetings and other communication channels with relevant professionals;

• Continuous attention to the activity of competing products / companies, as well as market trends, with adequate development of a competitive and profitable behavior strategy;

• Building positive, long-term and profitable relationships with the relevant group of specialists, based on a harmonized, competitive and innovative portfolio.

Applicant profile:

• Minimal experience of 5 years as a BUM or on a similar position in Pharma or Health Industry;

• University degree (Medicine; Pharmacy or Life Science);

• Entrepreneurial profile;

• Excellent presentation skills;

• Motivated, responsible, communicative, self-initiative;

• Excellent written and spoken English;

• Excellent knowledge of OTC business and knowledge in development of sales strategy in this respective area;

• Fluent in English (C1 level), experienced in MS Office /Excel, Power Point, Word/;

• Availability for intensive travel in the country;

• Clean driving license.
