Cadastral Surveyor

Requirements:

University graduate in relevant field of interest
Advanced knowledge of preparing cadastral files
Advanced knowledge of specific programs used in topography and cadaster on CAD/GIS platform
Relevant work experience of at least 3 years
Experience in Agri-Business would be an asset
Advanced MS Office knowledge
Advanced English knowledge
License Permit B category

Organized, Detailed oriented, Flexible, Fast learner, Communication skills, Proactive, Team-player

Responsibilities:

Preparing the needed cadastral files
Doing and updating large scale topographical maps
Digitisation of the plans and maps
Doing and updating the geospatial data base
Go on trips weekly to Ialomita or Constanta in order to follow-up with the local authorities and obtain/deliver the necessary documents
