Description

?To answer to general inquiries about company and its services by telephone in a professional manner;
?To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered;

 

?To record, complete and correct booking details, in order to generate revenue and ensure prompt, effective service levels are maintained;
?To deal courteously with customer queries and complaints;

 

?To provide telephone trace requests from customers and other DHL stations;
?To promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition;
?To provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures.

 

 

Skills & experience

?Sales Oriented person;
? Good communication skills;
? Very good Customer Orientation;
? Ability to work under pressure;
? Very good level of English;
? Good PC skills
