?To answer to general inquiries about company and its services by telephone in a professional manner;
?To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered;
?To record, complete and correct booking details, in order to generate revenue and ensure prompt, effective service levels are maintained;?To deal courteously with customer queries and complaints;
?To provide telephone trace requests from customers and other DHL stations;?To promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition;?To provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures.
