•To answer to general inquiries about company and its services by telephone in a professional manner.
•To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered.
•To record, complete and correct booking details, in order to generate revenue and ensure prompt, effective service levels are maintained.
•To deal courteously with customer queries and complaints.
•To provide telephone trace requests from customers and other DHL stations.
•To promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition.
•To provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures.
