Car Fleet Analyst

As Car Fleet Analyst, you will:

• draw up the car fleet expense budget based on information on company’s organizational structure, as well as on forecasts regarding the evolution of car fleet costs
• monitor the budget execution and point out deviations from the approved budget
• process orders in SAP and keep track of the invoices for the Car Fleet activities 
• draw up analysis and documents required for annual car fleet renewal processes (acquisition and selling of vehicles).

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in a technical field
• Experience in budgeting / planning & forecasting / administrative / customer service activities represents a plus
• English knowledge represents an advantage
• Planning / budgeting and forecasting skills
• Very good PC skills (Excel, Access)
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Planning & organizing skills
• Attention to details
• Customer-oriented approach
