Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and inspiring team member that will help us grow the talent in the organisation.
Main role responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing general and specific skills assessment
- Analyzing and presenting skills assessment results to operational and support teams
- Providing career coaching to employees, to help them create career development plans
- Researching, organizing and curating learning resources and building learning plans
- Delivering training (Career Development program introduction, other trainings and workshops upon request)
- Sending newsletters and bulk communications related to openings and other updates
- Offering support for internal transfers (Rotation) and promotions
The ideal candidate is expected to have:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (networking, conflict solving, negotiation)
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
- The ability to influence, motivate and support others
- Effective development coaching skills
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Good presentation skills
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Previous experience with Career Development Programs activities, training or coaching, is a plus.
