What will you do?

Depending on your interests you will be considered for one of the following opportunities:

• HR Generalist
  • Acts as first level of support for HR related situations (Recruitment support, HR Administration; Contact Center; Compensations & Benefits)
  • Updates the HR data base with the employees’ personal information changes
  • Produces standard correspondence and labor contracts using existing templates

• Technical Support Analyst
  • Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, requests and queries received by email, self-service portal or chat.
  • Ensures proper documentation, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Availability to cover shifts – during interval 9:00 - 21:00

• Credit Controller
  • Initiate collection activities via mail/ phone or fax and manage the customer portfolio (within the agreed credit terms and credit limits)
  • Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required
  • Input notes on payment agreements and reinstate accounts when payment is received

• Client Advisor
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails from the client business, suppliers and internal teams in relation with accounting or procurement operations (for a client operating in Banking)
  • To create and maintain partnerships between external and internal customers
  • Availability to cover shifts – 8:00-17:00/ 9:00-18:00
