Warranty Claims Assessor - you can work from home 2 days/ week
• Assess and process warranty claims that are submitted electronically;
• Resolve dealer issues and answer questions submitted through an electronic communication system;
• Receives and assess claim according to defined procedures / routines;
• Performs claim assessment and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly;
• Documents verification and customer information in data capture tool and when needed, transfers claim/ticket to responsible party for resolution

• Technical Support agents assist end users in day by day operations with specific applications;
• Receive and assess claims according to defined procedures;
• Receive and log all e-mails/web/phone calls and ensure proper documentation;
• Research of required information using available resources, user guides and match complaints with known errors and issues;
• Support in using application functionalities, identification of possible workaround;
• Identify and escalate priority issues;
• Helps agents in routing complaints to appropriate second level group;
• Handle operational queries with a sense of urgency and deliver an accurate final job;
• Support the organization to achieve full compliance with corporate sustainability standards and focused on quality;

HR Generalist you can work from home 2 days/ week

  • Offer support services in HR Administration field;
  • Interface with clients to help them in their HR needs: act as first point of contact for HR related questions via phone or E-Mail;
  • -Update HR data base with personal information changes;
  • Produce standard correspondence and labor contracts by following existing templates;
  • Create addendums for existing employees for various job data changes (transfers, promotions, extension of contract, etc.);
  • Create letters for specific types of situations (Maternity, Paternity, Study leave, etc.);
  • Prepare exit documents for employees leaving the company;
  • Involvement in Rewards & Recognition process

Recruitment Associate you can work from home 2 days/ week

  • Understand, learn and apply the Work Instructions that are regulating the Recruitment process
  • Be aware of the Service Level Agreement between Accenture and the client and make sure they are met
  • Perform CV screening in the recruitment system and update accordingly the status of each candidate in the system
  • Dispatch email communication to the candidates and the managers
  • Answer to questions from the candidates or managers
  • Maintain the pool of valuable candidates (the “Talent” pool) up-to-date with candidates selected but not allocated to a current opening
  • Schedule phone interviews between the selected candidates and the German managers
  • Attend all workshops/calls established between the team in Bucharest and the team in German

Customer Service Associate

• Handle, research, and resolve phone and email inquiries for iSS SC customers regarding non-complex technical and functional problems;
• Document and update customer contacts in the Customer Service System;
• Complete any follow-up work related to customer issue resolution;
• Answer general questions, provide education, and offer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner;
• Adhere to current understanding of policies and procedures, new products, services and processes of the client and the call center;
• Maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and respond to policy and procedures for communicating any schedule changes and preferences;
• Meet productivity and quality performance expectations as established by iSS SC management and interfaces;
• Conduct self evaluations using quality-coaching tools to assess personal skill development and review results with Supervisors.
• Support additional duties as necessary in high volume periods in the SC.
