Continental Business Systems (CBS) Technician / Lean Engineer

Job Description:

• Coaches and trains CBS methods in the plant.
• Promotes CBS projects’ implementation in the plant.
• Initiates & leads CBS projects in the plant.
• Team leader in productivity improvement projects related to production optimization.
• Elaborates layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Finds solutions to improve productivity using CBS methods.
• Responsible for capacity definition of manpower and equipment in production, space requirements and workflow.
• Analyses actual production timing and makes proposals for increase of efficiency, ergonomics and process flow by using CBS tools.
• Support for new process implementation & process improvements.
• Temporary support in other plants as process expert.
• Communicates CBS projects results, and lessons learned to other plants.
• Actively uses CBS network to solve difficulties.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering (or student)
• Professional experience in automotive industry (at least 1 year)
• Experience as a project manager for small projects
