Job Description

Data & Process Harmonization:

• Define, create, implement and secure standards in Plan-to-control process based on SAC in relation with S/4HANA and IMpCT project as well as BI projects;

Information system concept development;

• Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAC to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within local, BU and divisional Controlling (Think tank for Planning & FC Controlling processes);
• Develop various concepts for simple, standard and complex planning & forecasting requirements;

Master Data Structural Ownership

• Define the master data concept for the whole Business Area ContiTech and for all Business Processes within SAC in connection with SAP CO/IM/PS and Volume FC/Budget (Sales, Demand, Production);
•  Coordinate the implementation of the SAC/BI master data concept for BA and BUs;
•  Define processes for the maintenance of SAC/BI master data and administration for all BUs and CT legal entities worldwide;

Project Management

•  Define concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing. Generate blueprint and test catalogue;
• Implement SAC/BI functionality as member of the project team, attendance in BAT testing sessions;
• Test system upgrades and system enhancements;

Support Organization

• SAC & BI Ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for Global KU, Local KU and Power User;
• Train and support local user administrator;
•  Secure data quality and process integrity of daily processes and during closing processes for month, quarter and year end based on legal regulations and corporate accounting rules;

Authorization concept and user administration

• Define and create authorization concepts and roles;
• SAC/BI role related user administration for LKU's, Global Central Function (GCF) users and special roles;

Information Availability

• Provide management accessibility to SAC & BI related business content; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements);
• Consult business leaders on capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs in relation to SAC & BI solutions;

Requirements:

• Operational Experience in Controlling and related Departments (. Product calculation) - Advanced;
• Conceptional Controlling Skills - Advanced;
• Project Management Skills- Basic;
• IT related Skills (. Interaction of Table Entries and Changes, Business Warehouse structures) - Basic;
• Team Lead Experience / Power of Convincing - Basic;
• International Experience/intercultural sensitivity - Advanced;
• Problem Solving - Advanced;
• English: fluent in speaking and writing - Expert;
  
  
  
• Education / Certification: Graduate in Business Administration, IT or Business Informatics (. Bachelor or Master)
• Professional Experience:
• Experience in Controlling, Knowledge of SAP CO related Processes and Functions, Forecasting, Budgeting, Target cost,
• Product calculation, Basic knowledge of data warehouse and cloud technologies;
• Project and/or Process Experience: Project Participation, Participation in Implementation Projects;
• Intercultural Sensitivity
