Who we are:
Casta is an innovative product on the Romanian real estate & mortgage market, combining instant buying (iBuyer) with a digital mortgage marketplace to help market participants with a fast and efficient transaction process.
We encourage remote work, but the job requires the candidates to be based in Bucharest.
The role
* You will manage a team of ±10 people and a budget of ±1 million euro
* The vision: to build the first iBuyer on the Romanian real-estate market
* We'll launch a mortgage brokerage business-
* You will report to Group CEO
What you will need to bring to the table:
* Knowledge of digital marketplaces
* Mortgage or real estate experience
* Knowledge of the real estate prices is an advantage.
* Enjoying a fast-paced environment
* Ability to coordinate teams
