Scope of the role:
The scope is to focus on the people side of change. The primary responsibility will be implementing a change management strategy and plan inclusive of all key change levers: communication, engagement, stakeholder management, training, coaching and mentoring and reinforcement. The change manager will partner with site leadership and HR to implement changes as well as the EMEA project change manager to ensure consistency and report progress.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide change management expertise during Lean implementation at sites in coordination with site leads and other implementation project leaders
- Develop and execute change management action plan, adapting recommended strategy and inclusive of all change levers: communication, training, stakeholder management and engagement, change enablers and implementation metrics as well as coaching and mentoring and reinforcement and rewards.
- Measure and report change progress throughout the site implementation, . new behaviors, adoption of new practices and follow up after the implementation to ensure continuing adoption and sustainment
- Partner with the site leadership team and engage with the different stakeholders to support the adoption of one PSS (Operational teams, HR, Project Managers Europe)
- Recognize risks to the change and develop and implement action plans
- Lead and facilitate communication/change milestone reviews and workshops during implementation
- Maintain regular touchpoints with site leads, HR, CoE and regional leadership
- Build a partnership with the HR department for the implementation of communication materials and "people" actions at the site; Share lessons learned, roadblocks, quick wins and best practices to the regional teams in a collaborative manner
- Monitor the acquisition of new skills and behaviors by site employees: Craft and deploy in coordination with the HR team the appropriate training and coaching materials by stakeholder groups
- Coordinate communication (on-site and off-site) during the Preparation and Engagement phases and create the levers for sustainability
- Design, implement and develop a sustainable approach to the culture of change on site (training teams on site on new practices)
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in project management and / or organizational development / Talent Management / Training / Competence Management in an industrial environment
- Superior written and oral expression in English
- Critical Thinking About the Business: Deep understanding or ability to understand and learn production system
- Autonomous and capacity to advance & promote the topic “change” at the site
- High level of autonomy in the day to day activity
- Result oriented
- Lean Six Sigma experience in improvement projects preferably
- Ability to lead activities of cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
- Proactive approach and influencing and coaching skills
- Positive and agile attitude to changing environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Leading Change: humility, openness to new ideas, acute emotional intelligence skills, able to gain rapid trust from all stakeholders (both shop floor and leadership teams)
