Chargeback officer

Requirments:

• Experience and knowledge of bank cards activity and online payment environment
• Experience with online payment applications
• Knowledge of Mastercard and Visa standards and regulations
• Knowledge of chargeback process
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to handle deadlines
• Computer skills: MS Office package
• University degree
• Attention to details and analytical skills

Job description:

• Perform the analyze for the chargeback cases received and decide whether to proceed further with the representment
• Build the case documentation for the represented chargebacks
• Maintain the communication with our partners and clients regarding the dispute process
• Monitor and manage the alerts received from Ethoca and Verifi
• Perform the required actions (refunds, cancel subscriptions, etc) on behalf of the alerts received in the system
• Create and update the reports for the chargebacks and alerts activity
