Chief Accountant

Main responsibilities:

- Perform the accounting records according with legal requirements and internal financial & accounting policies and procedures;

- Ensure accuracy of all daily transactions posted in the system, computation of accruals and prepayments;

- Ensure proper allocation and review of transactions on cost centers;

- Communication with external payroll provider and responsibility for salary bookings;

- Accounting month and year end closing activities;

- Monthly reporting to fiscal authorities , statistic and NBR;

- Representing the company during tax and annual audits;

- Accounting ERP's implementation;

- Prepare the financial reports according with Group policies.

Requirements and qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance fields;

- Proven experience as Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant of minimum 3 years, preferably with a multinational production environment;

- Very good knowledge of accounting and financial procedures;

- Extensive direct and indirect taxation knowledge;

- Languages: English (advanced), German (advantage);

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to details;

- Integrity , with ability to handle confidential information;

- Strong initiative and drive for results.
