Chief Flight Instructor CFI(A) / Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI)

Qualifications requirements:

• The candidate must have held or still hold a FI(A) rating

• Class 1 Medical

• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4

Eligibility Criteria:

• Availability to relocate to Constanta county

• Meet the character requirements for the duties involved1

• The candidate must possess the eligibility to live and work within the EEA

Essential skills:

• A good standard of teaching skills and a passion for sharing skills and knowledge with aspiring pilots

• Flexibility to adapt learning/teaching styles and to differentiate between cadets

• Strong customer care skills

• Knowledge of EASA regulations

• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to deal comfortably with various cultures

Advantageous Criteria

• Management and communication skills with a proven track record of successfully leading a team
