Civil Engineer

Wood-Home is a family business, dating back to 1994, specialized in construction and trade in wooden items, we are looking for an assistant engineer for the production and assembly part.

The ideal candidate must be open-minded, attentive to details, passionate about performance and not accepting compromises

Experience in wooden constructions is a great advantage.

Responsibilities

• Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests.
• Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; discussing these findings with the senior engineer.
• Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information, modifying engineering techniques, and performing installations.
• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information.
• Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses and tracking and reporting expenses.
• Maintains and improves quality results
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock.
• Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• at least 2 years of civil engineering experience related to constructions, especially wood constructions
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Drivers license
