• Claim handling – managing all cases by visiting customers, examining the tires, managing all related processes

•            Educates internal and external stakeholders regarding Goodyear group products

•            Represents the company in the technical area of expertise towards customers and the industry

•            Helps business growing by initiating new processes and improving existing ones, also provides technical support

•            Manages claim processes for both consumer and commercial tires

•            Provides technical tire tests to customers

•            Provides technical advisory and trainings for the sales team, the customers and to the end users.
