Claims Analyst Team Leader with German

We are creating a brand new department and currently are looking for a Claims Analyst Team Leader in Bucharest. If you would like to be a part of an international company, join us!

You will:

• Supervise the SSC Claims Support Specialists’ team

• Have a privileged contact with the serviced country to coordinate the SSC Claims & Collections work

• Compile and verify accuracy and sort information in order to facilitate analysis

• Take an account and comply with data integrity and security policies

• Accurate administrate claim files and ensure regular updates from opening to closing of the file

• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding fast claims management by analysts

• Prepare, evaluate and record invoices details, notifications, and information in IT tools

You should:

• Have a professional level in German and English language

• Have a Bachelor degree in Law/Finance (preferably), in Credit Management or any discipline related to commercial or accountancy

• Have strong skills to manage and generate team spirit

• Have the ability to hold and facilitate meetings

• Be able to read and interpret insurance documents

• Be responsible for organizing and recalling large amounts of detailed information

• Have at least basic knowledge of legal processes and commercial contract law
