Claims Analyst Team Member with German

You will:

• Compile and verify accuracy and sort information in order to facilitate analysis

• Take an account and comply with data integrity and security policies

• Accurately administrate claim files and ensure regular updates from opening to closing of the file

• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding fast claims management by analysts

• Prepare, evaluate and record invoices details, notifications, and information in IT tools

•  Operate and process policyholders requests and supporting documents

• Work and obtain further information for incomplete requests

• Take an account and comply with data integrity and security policies

• Responsible for compile reports according to Group rules

You should:

• Have a professional level in German and English language

• Have a Bachelor degree in Law/Finance (preferably), in Credit Management or any discipline related to commercial or accountancy

• Analytical skills to read and interpret insurance documents

• Great communicational skills to cooperate within the team and with serviced countries

• Knowledge with varying IT and online software and applications

• Basic knowledge of accounting activities
