Claims Support Specialist

How you will spend your time with us:

• You will be responsible for claims process management (opening, investigation, closing, reporting)
• You will daily investigate claims based on customer request and responsible for collecting feedback regarding corrective measures from all parties involved
• You will follow-up on suppliers for closing claims (requesting for components, products replacement and negotiate additional discount for them)
• You will work closely with the Accounting department on Invoicing (Credit notes, Discounts), Logistics department on delivery tracking, warehouse returns and  Sales Department for extra quantities, discounts.

You can be part of the Vivre community, if:

• You have proficiency knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel;
• You have attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills in fast paced environment;
• You are comfortable having conversations in English;
• You solve problems by thinking critically and creatively.
