Cleaning Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Site visits, to ensure the highest level of cleaning standard, health & safety, organisation, uniform/grooming standards
• Managing the team leaders and working with the support team for any daily or periodic works
• Dealing with any subcontractors for sites and ensuring periodic works occur on time
• Reporting on each site and discussing with Department Directors
• Dealing with all orders for each site

Profile:

• Previous experience in Cleaning area / Facility Services (3-5 years)
• Very good Excel skills;
• Analytical and critical thinking;
• Detail oriented;
• Ambitious, self-driven and proactive;
• Able to work very well independently;
• English at conversational level
• Availability for frequent business trips
