Primary Responsibilities:
Support of realizing business goals of the company based on the company strategy and concept of sales activities.
Prepare actively offer quotations for potential clients and process relevant documentation based on defined input from the Account Manager.
Responsible for accuracy of the offers and their timely processing based on terms given by the Account Manager.
Monitor regular and continuous update of the shared database of clients and potential clients (Sales Force) in accordance with the valid instructions and requirements.
Communicate with other company departments in order to satisfy the needs and requirements of the potential or existing clients.
Build and maintain the client files and documents on regular basis.
Coordinate business relations with clients in his portfolio on day-to-day basis.
Education:
- University Degree – economical or technical
Experience:
- Interest in automotive market and related market segments, full-service leasing market, as well as other financial services.
Organizational competencies
- Acts with integrity, consistently in order to fulfill the tasks and professionalism, shows commitment
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with others and displays respect in the interactions with the colleague
- Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language (mandatory)
