Clinical Attorney - Legal Counsel

*Clinical Contracts - EU Attorney - Global Biotech - Fully Remote in the EU - Oncology *

Planet Pharma are currently working with a rapidly growing biotech, they are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through advanced antibody-drug conjugate technology designed to deliver cell-killing agents directly to tumor cells. They are looking for an experienced Clinical Contracts - EU Attorney to join their business.

Responsibilities:

• Drafts and negotiates EU clinical contracts including providing advice on country and province template.
• Negotiates and drafts a wide variety of commercial contracts (e.g., service agreements, consulting agreements, including those relating to those related to manufacturing and supply chain.)
• Reviews Informed Consent Forms.
• Provides legal interpretation of contracts and practical, business-orientated legal advice.
• Adopts a risk management approach to contracting, identifying and communicating risk while providing actionable solutions for managing risk.
• Provides guidance on potential legal contract issues.
• Consults with Company corporate office on all escalations and issues outside of playbook

Qualifications:

• 5 – 7 years of relevant legal experience in the EU.
• Licensed to practice law in the EU
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is critical, as is ability to “roll up sleeves” and work in a hands-on manner.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry is required.
• Experience with Apttus or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Systems is required.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent Italian and English
