JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) accounts related queries and issues
 
- On Demand Servers Start/ Stop activities
 
- Manage cloud firewall requests (NSG rule creation)
 
- Configure and maintain monitoring and automation systems
 
- Help to resolve any technical questions in terms of VMs, Storage, Azure VPN, Network, etc.
 
- Cloud resources price sharing based on BU requests
 
- User Creation and management (IAM, RBAC, etc.)
 
- Technical support ticket creation in Azure, AWS, Google
 
- Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability based on requests
 
- Basic software installation as per application prerequisites
 
- Assisting with onboarding new clients, including documenting processes
 
- Perform system patch updates
 
- Billing related queries and requests
 
- VM Commission and Decommission process using Azure Portal, Powershell script, and standard templates.
 
- Responsible for all the network related issues (VNET, VPC, Peering, etc.)
 
- Manage cloud security infra using Azure security Center.
 
- Linux server administration (Hardening, Installation, patching, etc.)
 
- Troubleshooting based on VAPT report and others security scan reports.
 
- Azure VPN configure, managing and controlling
 
- Managing Azure Encryption (Linux & Windows)
 
- Backup and restore for all the production servers.
 
- Cost optimization for all the cloud platform
 
- Support for Enterprise agreement renewal, RI purchase & renewal
 
- Manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, etc.
 
- DNS management using CloudFlare
