Your tasks
- Being part of our Logistics team, you will work with focus on these topics: Branch operations and logistics
- Ensure that all CMRs of carriers from Southeast Europe are received and stored online
- Verify the accuracy of CMRs issued by carriers in Southeast Europe in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain the relationship with the transport collaborators by telephone and/or e-mail
- Ensure that all the payments of the partner carriers are accomplished according to the established deadlines
- Check the invoices issued by the partner carriers and the delivery status of the cars
- Responsible for penalties applied to partner carriers
- Report to the hierarchical manager
Your Profile
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- At least one year of work experience in customer support/ BPO
- Deep business understanding and excellent knowledge of business processes
- Excellent analytical skills with great communication skills
- Self motivated individual who can succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Problem solver, self driven and very good assertiveness
- Proficient in MS Office
