We need an eXcellent Collection specialist!

Location: Bucharest – Day Tower

Contract type: permanent contract

What you will do:

1) Centralize and verifiy the turnover of invoices for the B2B / B2G Enel X division - issued (customers) and received (suppliers);

2) Allocate invoices on projects according to the contracts to which they refer;

3) Export from the informatic system the balances of the clients / suppliers and draws up and monitors the reports of aging clients and suppliers;

4) Send the balance reports to the Sales team;

5) Check the status of receipts and payments on the due invoices;

6) Punctual make account balances with the clients;

7) Request scoring analyzes for clients in the specific platform.

What we search in you:

Developed digital competencies - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),

Capacity for analysis and synthesis;

Planning and organizing skills;

Communication and time management skills;

Management of multiple tasks;

Energetic personality;

Attention to detail;

Bachelor degree;

Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Payable activities.
