Job Description:

Job Objective is toprovide contract administration and compliance support for the core business contracts of the company

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate evidence of company contracts (for subcontractors and clients companies)
  • Fill in the new contracts with data provided by the colleagues in different functions (sales project management, finance, etc)
  • Keep evidence of the contracts and applicable invoices issued by clients and subcontractors (timeliness, accuracy, payments etc)
  • Make any necessary calculations to be introduced in the contracts
  • Liaison with legal counsel / lawyers office representativesin order to open a communication process and negotiations for non standard contracts
  • Keep in touch with a variety of internal and external contacts in order to ensure contracts accuracy and timeliness signatures

Profile:

  • Previous work experience in a office job (administrative / commercial support / clients support / sales support / contract compliance and management)
  • Very organized and attentive person
  • Excellent communication skills: express ideas and facts, assertive, follow up, initiate conversations in order to solve job related situations
  • Desire to work in roles that involve working both with data / information and people
  • High level of responsibility
  • Good at working with figures and high volumes of data and requests
  • Proficient in working in Office Suite
  • English language ntermediate level (at least writing)
  • Desire to perform and build a career in a strong, professional company with a healthy business climate
  • Legal/Lawyer background or Bachelor degree is a plus
