You will:
• Be responsible for your department and supervise activities according to performance targets
• Supervise Shared Service Centre Teams for Commercial Back Office and other back-office activities
• Analyze team's activity & KPIs and formulate action plans to reach performance targets
• Cooperate with human resources management for all SSC teams: recruitment, integration within the team, skill development, vacation planning, annual performance reviews, etc.
• Take a part in global SSC budgeting process
• Control internal requests from SSC and Operational/functional Leaders of the Region
You should have:
• Professional Level in German and English language
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or other relevant fields
• Previous experience of commercial back-office main processes
• Knowledge with varying IT and online software and applications
• Excellent skills to manage and generate team spirit
• Strong decision-making skills and professional judgment
• Ability to work with remote clients
• Leading skills to hold and facilitate meetings
• Acknowledge the big picture and translate it into tactical actions
• Great multitasking skills, manage priorities and deliver on the promise
• The ability for analysis and synthesis, adaptability for transform
