We are looking for a Commercial Development Specialist Coffee (NDG Webshop) , who will:
- Ensure timely implementation of all Category plans, with omni/channel scope
- Act as a gatekeeper for trade implementation of all relevant GD initiatives for respective category, ensuring that all are well defined in terms of size of resources (PFME/TTS) versus expected outcomes (incremental sales volumes, incremental distribution, incremental no of new shoppers, etc.)

Shopper Centricity
- Ensures that Shopper insight is taken into account in all trade implementation (from I2L to Shopper communication).
Category Leadership
- Knows and Understands Category Growth Drivers and the Omni/Channel Category Strategy process
- Ensures that all Customer initiatives are built on Category Growth drivers/Activation Platforms
Channel Solutions
- Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed Channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels)
- Monitors that Channel prioritization and plans are correctly reflected in Sales plans and in trade implementation.
- Understands eCommerce landscape and defines NDG Web Shop channel strategy (assortment, price, promo, communication, distribution) and plans that deliver Channel growth based on consumer, shopper mission, customer requirements and competitive landscape.
- Contributes with NDG Web Shop channel inputs to Category MBS, ICP and MBP processes by identifying key opportunities and possible action plans for each priority Channel.
- Leads the NDG Web Shop project program, supervising the cross-functional activities and establishes best practice tools, knowledge, processes, infrastructure and capabilities to enable the delivery of NDG Web Shop plans.
SRM
- Will ensure that SRM mindset, analysis, knowledge are part of the every day routines processes and thinking.
Commercial Planning
- Will align to the processes and tools as they are shared by Corporate CDT
- Develops, manages, and communicates towards relevant stakeholders Web Shop Channel Guidelines:
- Status of assortment/listings in the Channel (with inputs for PPL analysis)
- Fix best in class eContent, with support from brand managers (product name, descriptions, images, key search words, features & benefits, nutrition information, ratings & reviews);
- Web Shop Sales Data Analysis
- Pricing and Promotional Mechanics
- Digital media strategies and conversion campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid search & SEO, display network/RTB)
- Creates a long-term activity plan, together with Brand Team, delivers implementation and handles budget phasing and allocation
- Monitor competitive landscape and identifies opportunities for Nestle.
- Ensures deep knowledge and usage of all technical platforms: Magento, Eloqua, Brightedge, Adimo/Fusepump (buy now) etc and also digital analytics & planning tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Ads, Google Search Console etc
- Coordinate with digital and the delivery agencies best-in-class execution of all operational practices
Budget Control
- Continuously monitors budget spending in line with agreed planning.
- Optimizes promotion plans based on systematic promotional evaluation to improve ROI.
What will make you successful
- Experience in e-business / e-commerce (ideally background with e-selling platforms)
- Clear understanding of selling process
- Understands shopper behavior
- Understands key business functions
- English is mandatory
- Experience in Sales and/or Marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.
