- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Providing excellent support service to existing customer portfolio
- Research the market in the territory, add new customers, develop business opportunities, and generate new leads in assigned region
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Strong Commercial Acumen and the ability to translate data into clear insights, being able to conduct in-depth commercial discussion with the customers using multiple data sources and insights to gain commitment for action.
- Customer and sales partner visits (more than 50 % of the time).
- Support at national and international fairs & exhibitions.
- Evaluates current and potential customer needs and makes product recommendations (new products, project development....) and maintain the commercial relationships with the customers.
- Submitting customer’s needs to the project manager to draw up technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensures on time management of customers complaints (quality issues, payment, etc....).
- Keep accurate logs of all business interactions and review progress on a regular basis, on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, with the Regional Sales Manager at the Group level
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Participates to the commercial meetings within the division.
- Based in: Brasov

- With existing and potential customers (Purchasing, Product Development, Quality....)
- With Project Manager/Production Manager.
- With Sales Department at the Group level
Competencies:
- Engineering or / and Business Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- Good knowledge about local automotive market (parts manufacturers, car manufacturers)
- 2-3 years (at least) proven work experience as Sales Representative on the automotive market or industrial equipment, or solid background in automotive/industrial engineering.
- Foreign languages: English – advanced, French conversational nice to have
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license: B categ.
