WHAT YOU WILL DO?

Design, lead and implement projects

Feasibility studies, resource planning, budgeting

Coordinate efficiently people and projects

Combine your technical expertise with commercial knowledge from specific market

Reflect together with the Operations Manager or General Manager on the financial implications for all the projects

Take initiative and understand requirements beyond the written words

Contribute to create a work environment that allows individuals function at their best capacity and prevail their maximum potential

WHAT YOU WILL NEED?

Broad view in different business sectors and capability to anticipate what will happen in the future

Mechanical and engineering knowledge

Ability to lead by doing

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Pro-active spirit and capacity to adapt to a rapidly evolving business environment

Proficiently in English, other foreign language is a plus (German, French, Dutch)
