Commercial Manager with legal focus- Germany

mvc hrservices is currently seeking for one of its customer, a Commercial Manager with legal focus. The position, in permanent employment, will be based in Württemberg , Germany.

Tasks:

• Commercial responsibility of a company with 4 locations in Germany (Japanese parent company)

• Management responsibility for a team of approx. 6 employees from the areas of finance, controlling, IT and HR

• Contract negotiations in an international environment (approx. 40% of daily business)

• Confident in handling civil law documents in German and English (company law)

• Reporting directly to the CEO

• Contact person for financially relevant topics

Conditions:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or equivalent professional training

• Well-founded expertise in the legal field, especially corporate law

• Relevant professional experience in the relevant area, if possible with reference to a service company with an intercultural background

• Basic knowledge of finance is desirable but not essential

• Leadership experience

• Good knowledge of SAP desirable but not absolutely necessary

• Intercultural competence in the Asian region (Japan / China) is desirable

• Business fluent English is essential (contracts are completely English)

• Responsible action, decisiveness, empathy and the ability to work in a team,

• Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
