Job role
In this position you will be responsible for successfully planning, managing, executing different tasks related to various projects within Allianz Services Communication team
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various AZ Services global Communications projects (including IOC)
- Write articles blog posts and various communications for the projects
- Plan and organize various events for the Communications department including but not limited to creating invites and agendas, managing third party providers, handling logistics
Requirements
- Fluent English written and spoken;
- Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.
- Knowledge of social media and communication platforms
- Experience in project coordination
Skills
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Social media proficiency
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Flexibility and the ability to work with new tools and global tracking apps
- Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups
