The Compensation Analyst International Compensation will be part of a small team of Compensation Consultants across the globe. The Analyst will use corporate and 3rd party systems to build, maintain and distribute reports and HR analytics needed to support the HR compensation operations in 80+ countries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in salary surveys, interacting with 3rd party compensation software vendor for data loads and maintaining data integrity
- Prepare, present / distribute ad-hoc and periodic reporting and analytics for HR and Compensation
- Support execution of corporate compensation programs
- Build (Excel) tools to improves efficiency in reporting and support the local compensation consultants
- Support current tools, prepares data loads and audits data integrity
- Models compensation costs, salary budgets and other metrics
- Co-ordinates and prepares mandated salary changes internationally
- Keeps library of international and country compensation policies and reports
- Support local Compensation consultants with executing global compensation programs
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree with 4+ years experience in finance, business analytics, HR compensation or HRMS systems
- Excellent Excel skills, basic/intermediate VBA programming skills (or other computer language and drive to learn VBA)
- Proficient with statistical test and methods,
- Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to tenaciously pursue a problem to resolution
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize objectives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail. Ability to turn data into Insights.
- Self-directed, proactive with ability to multi-task.
- Energetic and positive attitude in the face of stress.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
