Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and administrate compensation programs and policies
- Perform job grading
- Perform salary surveys and analyze pay reports;
- Perform the reporting & analysis of labor cost and headcount evolution
- Build and monitor HR budget
- Works with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs and are updated according to compensation changes;
- Develop and document procedures to ensure compliance;
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
Background & Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (preferably Hay grading);
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Proven record of exposure to organizational design and analysis;
- Previous salary surveys coordination;
- Experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs;
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (Excel & PP are a must);
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- English - fluent (minimum B2 level)
