GEC (Global Excellence Center) Romania

• More than 20 years experience in design and engineering;
• Active in several domains in multi-disciplinary projects, with 4 major Business Lines – Buildings, Infrastructure, Water and Environment;
• Major focus on Digital, in the fields like BIM, Digital Twin, Data analytics and automation.

Job purpose:

You will join our development team who is actively supporting the digital transformation of Arcadis. We are making use of cutting-edge technologies, efficient and effective software developments for project design and engineering, leveraging our on-going global partnership with Autodesk and IT developers.

 Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• propose and actively support to develop new plug-in and automation tools to improve the existing workflows and create new services.
• consult project teams on optimization, automation and interoperability within their projects.
• advise and support the implementation of BIM concept

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Good understanding of design processes for one of the following areas of expertise: Structural Engineering, Architecture, MEP or Roads;
• Knowledge in visual programming tools ( Dynamo, Grasshopper);
• Strong English language skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D or Rhino software;
• Knowledge about Computer Vision and/or AI;
• Knowledge of BIM concept and tools;
• Knowledge of .NET Framework.
