Construction Engineer with CAD

Hiring:
I am looking for a Construction Engineer with CAD good knowledge.

1. Education:
Construction Engineering degree(accredited university), 4+ years, construction specialization.

2. Experience:
5+ years in related area and CAD good knowledge.
Minimum 1 year experience working with multi-national agencies or companies.

3. Foreign Languages:
Native in Romanian.
Mandatory very good english speaker, at least Professional Working Proficiency level.

4. Working place:

Mihail Kogalniceanu-Constanta.
