Construction site engineer for projects in Poland and Germany
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct Contractors
- directing and overseeing the activities of a range of contractors and subcontractors
- analyze and follow plans and technical specification, ensure the required level of work quality
- identify and report miscorrelations in execution
Manage Timelines
- oversee that the timelines are respected and followed by the contractors on site
Consult with client/ contractors
- communicating changes between the client and contractors
Maintain Site Safety
- a vital role in maintaining job site safety
- apply and oversee client's procedures regarding on-site activities
Prepare Site Reports
- daily construction site report, following the company's procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
- very good communication skills, English required, other languages are an advantage (German)
- attention to detail
- civil engineering diploma, experience in medium/large scale projects as site engineer
- good use of Microsoft Office, ability to work with dwg plans
