Financial Analyst

IBID Group is  looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in the Bucharest office.

Past experience, excellent excel and analytical skills are important qualifications for this position, as well as having an investigative mindset, attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly. We want somebody who will provide the answer to the question before it is asked.

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multitasker who is reliable and can consistently meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyse the financial data;
• Produce weekly/monthly reports: key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting;
• Review the accounting records on a daily basis to check for accuracy and correct allocations;
• Keep in touch with the relevant departments in order to have in depth knowledge of the reported numbers;
• Daily check the key metrics for the KPI reports;
• Constantly improving the workflows;
• Provide support to other departments;
• Provide routine and ad-hoc finance support.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a requirement;
• Excellent Excel skills;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Proven past experience working in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Reporting or Controlling;
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
• Passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills;
• Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization;
• NetSuite – nice to have, but not mandatory;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Degree in Finance / Mathematics is considered a plus.
