The Content Enablement Analyst is responsible for delivering Supplier Enablement and Content Enablement activities, ensuring that users of the Coupa platform have access to rich content aligned to the buying channels from the point of business go-live.
The Content Enablement Analyst reports to the Content Enablement Product Owner.
Accountabilities:
Supplier Enablement
- Collate supplier spend data, review for completeness and accuracy
- Undertake analysis on suppliers transactions to support enablement segmentation approach sign off
- Draft and manage day to day supplier communications; manage central queries inbox
- Hold 1-to-1 sessions with suppliers to configure and validate cXML connectivity for POs and invoices (where agreed)
- Work with suppliers to load and test catalogues data and relevant configuration, as well with relevant category managers to obtain the relevant sign offs
- Hold Webinar sessions with suppliers to introduce the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
- Own and maintain supplier enablement tracker outlining progress and activities per supplier
- Develop FAQs and training materials for suppliers and internal teams . category managers
- Support test system configuration and testing cycle, including the development of relevant test scripts, confirmations of SMEs to participate in testing and training of users before testing
- Support the development of the configuration workbook for data production load
- Support with overall project management activities such as plan maintenance and updates
Content Enablement
- Support validation of buying channels per category activities
- Support validation and agreement of category specific questions for web forms
- Build all web forms with relevant category specific fields, policies and approval workflows and support sign off
- Working with the relevant category leads, perform analysis to assign relevant contracts to suppliers and Web Forms
- Own and maintain content enablement tracker outlining progress and activities per category
- Support test system configuration and testing cycle, including the development of relevant test scripts, confirmations of SMEs to participate in testing and training of users before testing
- Support the development of the configuration workbook for data production load
- Support with overall project management activities such as plan maintenance and updates
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in Procurement (MUST HAVE)
- Experience of Coupa or Ariba (MUST HAVE)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, combined with the ability to make recommendations based on complex data sets
- Excellent data manipulation skills
- Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Focused on delivering results
