Content Moderator Quality Analyst

Some of your major responsibilities are:

• To provide one to one feedback to advisors
• To work closely with the operation team to improve process & to ensure all briefing reaches the advisor forum
• To support and nurture the Advisors to deliver excellent customer service, and strong performance against their individual KPIs and objectives, through constructive feedback and coaching
• To ensure that all advisors are compliant to process changes that gets implemented on a regular basis
• To support in implementing new changes and trials for process change.
• To effectively motivate, mentor and coach Advisors on behaviors, procedures and process
• Assist team members to resolve problems and / or escalate issues to deliver integrated leadership if appropriate

Nice to have:

• Proven work experience as a quality analyst in any field
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publication
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field would be an advantage
