Content Moderator with Canadian French

Some of your major responsibilities are:

• Understanding client policies and guidelines, and making decisions based on them
• Reviewing user reports regarding website news/feed content
• Tagging or labeling content to appropriate categories
• Identifying improvement opportunities in workflow and suggesting solutions
• Liaising effectively with other internal and client teams

Nice to have:

• Fluency in Canadian French
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar rol
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publication
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Canadian French
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
