We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to support our Operational department. Your goal is to facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow inefficiencies.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Analyze Business Processes - analyze existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
  • Develop Strategies - develop short- and long-term strategies for the organization incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, and other practices.
  • Lead Activities - coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization. Supervise several teams directly or collaborate with managers to re-engineer processes.
  • Monitor Progress - monitor the progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results. Generate regularly detailed update reports for management.
  • Provide Mentorship - coordinate workshops and team trainings, ensure that learning resources are widely available.

. programs will be related to production projects and also for the projects which are in NPI stage. An important aspect is related to NPI products development from process point of view but also timing. This job will be allocated 50% for NPI projects and 50% for other projects which are already running in production.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • You have at least 3 years experience in continuous improvement
  • Tools that the candidate is able to use:
    • Kaizen tools (such as value stream maps, fishbone diagrams, or kaizen newspapers)
    • Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Technical expertise - firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience applying these if they are to make organizational changes. Can be an advantage experience with CNC machining, Aluminum Die Casting, Assembly, Painting
  • Organization skills - must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Leadership skills - more than supervisors, continuous improvement managers are coaches and company game-changers, inspiring other team members to give their best effort and setting the direction for many initiatives
  • Analytical thinking – capable to critically evaluate individual processes and projects, then synthesize their insights to arrive at a summary of overall organizational status
  • Communication skills - being able to speak, listen, and write well is important, as continuous improvement managers often hold presentations, facilitate meetings and trainings, and create reports
