Job role
As contract compliance specialist, you are supporting the Infrastructure and Information Security Function within a dedicated team: Risk and Compliance. We support service managers and owners in complying with the various compliance topics for IT services around service definition, data privacy, information security, risk and audit management. Your role is on the interface between the service organisation and the external providers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining Outsourcing Compliance tracking for identified Outsourcing Contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Provider Management
- Maintain tracking and disclosure of Outsourcing Provider certifications (ISand others), mostly publicly available
- Support service managers in classifying new and existing contracts regarding regulatory Outsourcing
- Ensure integration of provider risk management into Allianz risk management process
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal, compliance, contract management or procurement function
- University degree (in Business, Economics, or similar) required
- Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken
- Travel of up to 10%

- Ability to manage different topics at the same time
- Ability to communicate and present in a convincing and structured way
