Our Commercial Operations team is looking for a modern-day Sherlock that will piece together information related to our e-Mobility projects. We expect you to be professional and reliable and to work with the most ambitious team.

We need an eXcellent Contract execution specialist!

Location: Bucharest – Day Tower

Contract type: 1 year temporary contract, Humangest

What you will do:

1) Manage the sales and purchase contracts;

2) Monitor the investment projects;

3) Keep in touch with the project managers;

4) Prepare specific reports regarding the status of investments in progress;

5) Provide support to the e-Mobility team in allocating invoices from suppliers on projects;

6) Issue invoices on B2B contracts;

7) Communicate and offer information to the clients regarding the details of the invoices.

What we search in you:

Developed digital competencies - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),

Capacity for analysis and synthesis;

Planning and organizing skills;

Communication and time management skills;

Management of multiple tasks;

Energetic personality;

Attention to detail;

Bachelor degree;

Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management or Customer Service.
